Dinotropolis in Bluewater is Kent's newest dinosaur adventure park

Kent's latest dinosaur attraction has opened - and we've a first look inside the new adventure park.

Promising to be 'the best day out in Kent', Dinotropolis in Bluewater opened at the shopping centre on Friday.

Described as a land lost forgotten, Dinotropolis is likely to be a must for fans big and small of the prehistoric era and to celebrate its opening we've some tickets to give away.

Inside Dinotropolis are three exciting storeys of dino-themed soft play, which includes a whole host of dinosaur interactives and jungle madness to give young adventurers their very own Jurassic mission.

Visitors can meet the huge animatronic dinosaurs and power around the race track in Raptor Run avoiding the ravenous dinosaurs.

They can also put their ranger skills to the test in the Dino Escape Challenge where someone needs to turn the lights off - skirting past alarms, booby traps and laser beams - without waking the sleeping baby dinosaurs.

While down in Discovery Cove you can dig for fossils and build volcanoes at the scientific sand table, draw dinosaurs at the arts and crafts corner before then bringing them to life on huge interactive screens.

And if that leaves you and your diddy diplodocuses exhausted - you can refuel at the Fossil Cafe which is serving up drinks, meals and child-friendly snacks.

Dinotropolis is open seven days a week, 10am to 9pm Monday to Sunday and from 9am until 9pm on Saturdays - making it the perfect pit stop during a shopping trip with the family.

But parents must be present at all times, children can't be left while the adults continue their shopping.

To celebrate the launch of Dinotropolis dinosaur adventure park in Bluewater, we have teamed up with park rangers to give away a Discovery Pass for a family of four.
