Play, movement and theatre fun!

Canterbury's Marlowe Theatre runs creative sessions for youngsters not yet at school every week during term time.

And places have just become available to open up the sessions to more interested youngsters.

Jo Frater leads a Diddies workshop

Called The Marlowe Diddies, these sessions are described as the perfect introduction to theatre. The parent and child group is for aiding development, social skills and confidence and is aimed at children aged two to four.

Anna Cahill’s four-year-old daughter is a member of the Diddies, and says she love it.She said: “She has loads of energy and this is the first group I've found that can keep up with her. "Class leaders Jo and Grace are wonderful with the kids."
