Ward and Partners Children's Awards return for another year

by Lauren Abbott

Do you know a brave and courageous child? Do you know of a youngster achieving in music, sport or the arts despite disability?

Are you aware of the work of a fantastic charity or young fundraiser? Or do you have experience of or watch the work of a dedicated young carer?

Did you know that we want to hear about all these people?

Our annual Ward and Partners Children's Awards are back for another year and the nomination period to find this year's brave and inspiring bunch has opened.

But we cannot run these awards without you.

The Children's Awards, held in conjunction with the Kent-based estate agent, recognise and celebrate the incredible efforts of these children and everyone and everything that supports them.

But we need your nominations to make that happen.

These potential nominees could be members of your family, your friends, neighbours, individuals in your school community or a member of a sports club, performing arts group or choir that you are also part of.

There are seven categories through which to nominate an individual, charity or organisation and you have until July 20 to tell us.

And entering someone you know is so very easy.

You can nominate them online, simply by clicking here.

Not only will they be in with a chance of winning a prize - but they will also have the opportunity to enjoy a glittering day out at the presentation event later this year.

This year's exciting ceremony will be hosted by Good Morning Britain presenter Charlotte Hawkins and have a superhero theme to match the superheroes we are hoping to find!
