The Entertainer toy shop in Chatham opens this weekend

LEGO's Batman and Robin will be among the guests at a new toy shop when it opens this weekend.

The Entertainer in Chatham is holding its grand opening event this Saturday (August 11).

The new store is opening in the Pentagon Shopping Centre and to kick start the party LEGO's Batman and Robin characters will be making some special appearances.

But that is not the only attraction at the fun day which kicks off at 9am.

Alongside appearances by the dynamic duo between 10am and 4pm, there will be a free photobooth for children to play in, KNEX displays, a balloon modeller, face painting and in store demos.

There will also be the opportunity, says The Entertainer staff, for shoppers to take part in several exciting giveaways and competitions.

Jo Ford, store manager at The Entertainer in Chatham, said: “We are really looking forward to The Entertainer’s famous grand opening event coming to Chatham.

"It’ll be great for the children to meet some of their favourite life-sized characters and have their picture taken!”
