What to do in Kent during the Easter holidays

Are you constantly on the look out for things to do with the family during the Easter school holidays?

Chartwell, Westerham

From Saturday, April 1 to Easter Monday

Help bunny find the missing members of the Churchill family around the former-home of Sir Winston. As part of the trail you'll learn more about all their nicknames before being able to tuck into a chocolate prize.

Normal admission charges to Chartwell apply and it is £2 per trail.

Lambing Live, Wye Community Farm.

Saturday, April 8 from 10am until 1pm

See the newborn lambs and calves at Wye Community Farm during this open event. There will also be sheep racing, games and refreshments.

Adult tickets are £5, under 16s free. No dogs please.

Knole, Sevenoaks

Monday, April 10

Between 11am and 3pm, there will be spring-themed activities, wild art and the chance to learn how to make a home for a wild animal.

There is a suggested donation of £2 for the activities, which are suitable for five to 12.

Family Fun Day, Gallagher Stadium, Maidstone

Saturday, April 15

Come and join the family fun from 1pm until 6pm at Maidstone's football ground hosted by charity Making A Difference Maidstone.

Activities will include a football match between Kent Police and the fire brigade, face painting, a magician, music, dancing displays and plenty of stalls.

Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Easter Farm Fun, Rare Breeds Centre, Ashford

Friday, April 14, to Monday, April 17

Meet the animals, join the hunt, wash the pigs and have a barrel load of fun on the farm over the Easter weekend at the Woodchurch attraction.

There are plenty of special events taking place alongside all of its regular attractions - not forgetting to stop for refreshments in its tea rooms.

Join the Cadbury Egg Hunt from Saturday, April 1 until Easter Monday

From 11am to 4pm daily you can take part in the chocolate-related challenge alongside exploring the house and gardens of General James Wolfe.

Normal admission applies, £2 per trail.
