A two-day Minecraft festival is coming to a Kent attraction.

MineVention is at Dreamland in Margate on Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10 and is an event not be missed by fans of the game.

There will be the opportunity for gamers to test their skills in Minecraft tournaments, meet famous YouTubers, try out craft activities and take part in costume contests.

A The Build Battle zone - in which kids can get creative and battle it out live on stage with other attendees - is also running across the weekend.

The two-day event is divided into either morning or afternoon sessions on each day for which tickets are required.

Also included is an autism friendly session on the Sunday morning, which will include the same content as the other sessions but with reduced capacity, no unnecessary tannoy announcements, no loud music and reduced lighting.
