Quality Street pick and mix tins at John Lewis in Bluewater Shopping Centre, Greenhithe

Does your family fight over the sweets in a Quality Street tin?

Are there always a pile of chocolates left in the bottom that nobody wants?

John Lewis Bluewater is about to bring an end to the festive fight for the Green Triangle or maybe The Purple One when its much-anticipated Quality Street pick and mix tins arrive in store.

The flagship department store in Greenhithe is one of just 11 John Lewis stores - and the only one in Kent - chosen to run the bespoke service with Nestle.

It launches in Bluewater during half term - on Friday, October 26.

Shoppers will be able to pick three (or more) favourite flavours of Quality Street, which comes in 12 varieties, in order to create a one-of-a-kind tin for their family to tuck into over the festive period.

Each Collector's Edition tin will cost £12.

The pick and mix station is already up and running in London inside John Lewis Oxford Street where it launched in September.

There you can also create personalised Quality Street tins, with your own name and a message on the tin, to accompany your chocolate choice but this facility won't be available at the Bluewater store.

The other John Lewis stores offering the pick and mix facility are: Cambridge, Cheadle, Cribbs Causeway, Glasgow, High Wycome, Kingston, Liverpool, Trafford and White City Westfield.
