When is Aladdin released and where can I see it in Kent?

by Lauren Abbott

Getting ready to burst from the lamp this May half term is Disney's latest all-action remake Aladdin

The adaptation of the 1992 film of the same name has been directed by Guy Ritchie and, amongst others, stars actor Will Smith as the wish-granting Genie.

Despite having an official release date at many cinemas of Friday, May 24 there are preview screenings at the vast majority of Kent cinemas from Wednesday, May 22. Here's when and where you can now pre-book Aladdin tickets in Kent:

Showcase Cinema De Lux, Bluewater:

Bluewater's IMAX 2D experience will be the first to show the film at 10.30am on Wednesday, May 22.

There are both IMAX and 2D showings of the film throughout that week and into the May half term holiday, all of which are now available to pre-book. Get full details and showtimes here.

Vue, Thanet:

Vue in Westwood Cross will open screenings of the Disney blockbuster on Wednesday evening. Aladdin swoops in on a magic carpet from 5.25pm, followed by a second showing at 8.15pm.
