The gardens in Rolvenden are opening just days after the government hopes it will be able to lift the stay at home order that has been in place during winter in favour of new rules that will gradually ease the national lockdown.

The gardens will be open from 11am to 6pm every day between April and the beginning of July to enable visitors to make the most of the spring displays of flowers.

The 16 acres of garden and 10 acres of woodland near Tenterden will give visitors a change of scene to enjoy outdoor exercise and are expected to be in full bloom through the coming months, particularly in mid-April when the bluebells arrive and Hole Park's website will have a bluebell barometer which will be updated regularly in April for those interested in making a well-timed visit.

Admission is £9 for adults and just £1 for children aged five to 16.
