Easter at Brogdale near Faversham
Piglets, spring lambs, pet rabbits, goats and hatching chicks are all set to join the fun on the farm at one of Kent's biggest Easter events for families.
Easter at Brogdale is one of the most popular in Kent's calendar at this time of year, with thousands attending across the three days.
The event takes place at Brogdale Farm in Faversham between Friday, April 19 and Sunday, April 21.
It's always extremely popular with families looking to enjoy the Easter bank holiday - offering everything from baby animal meet and greets to craft activities, egg hunts and refreshments.
Alongside the animals in the barn will also be falconry displays by a birds of prey team and the chance to meet an array of reptiles.
Faversham miniature railway will be running train rides all weekend through the orchards while the tractor trailer will take children up into the orchards for an egg hunt through the blossom trees.
There will also be the chance to have a go at archery, join egg and spoon races, enjoy farmyard-themed storytelling sessions and tuck into ice cream!
Ted Hobday, Brogdale head guide, said: "Spring is a fantastic time to visit Brogdale as the farm is a hive of activity. The trees start to bloom at the end of March and show a succession of colour though April and into May.
"It is a real pleasure to have the animals here over the Easter event and a great opportunity to showcase both horticulture and agriculture. We encourage the whole family to visit as this event is great for all ages.”
Brogdale, which is the home of The National Fruit Collection, will also have its marketplace of shops open together with its cafe/restaurant serving hot and cold refreshments and lunches.
Tickets are £8 for adults, £4 for children or £20 for a family of four. To learn more about Easter at Brogdale please click here.
