Britain's Got Talent auditions are coming to Dreamland

Does your child have a talent they would want to share with the world?

The search for the next star of the ITV show Britain's Got Talent is coming to Margate.

Auditions will get under way at Dreamland from 11am on Saturday, September 10.

Previous winners include Ashleigh and her dog Pudsey, dance group Diversity and singer Paul Potts.

Last year was won by close-up magician Richard Jones and among the show’s other successes is Susan Boyle who has sold more than 20 million records worldwide.

Executive producer Amelia Brown said: “We’ve had some amazing winners over the last ten series, from this year’s champion Richard Jones, who was the first magician to ever win the show, right through to Paul Potts, Diversity and Collabro.

"We can’t wait to see what talent Margate has to offer."

Anyone can apply, there is no age limit, and producers say they are looking for all kinds of talents but anyone under 16 must be accompanied to auditions by an adult.

Presenters Ant and Dec will kick off the TV show in 2017.
