Kent's latest clip n climb attraction is now open

Swallows Leisure Centre in Sittingbourne says its new indoor climbing attraction and soft play centre will be welcoming visitors from July 8 - just in time for the school holidays.

The Family Adventure Zone will also include a new cafe and be able to offer birthday parties.

The centre open on July 8

Families can look forward to 13 climbing walls provided by Clip 'n Climb, which also has an attraction in Tonbridge and recently opened a similar experience at Dover Leisure Centre. Inside the same large sports hall will also be soft play facilities suitable for children aged up to 10 which come complete with a sensory zone and overhead football pitch

The new attraction will have its own entrance - reached from the Wyvern end of the leisure centre, opposite Sittingbourne police station.

The online booking system for clip 'n climb sessions has already opened.

The climbing walls and soft play centre will share a large hall on the side of the leisure centre

Work across Swallows Leisure Centre has cost more than £2.5 million and also includes a refurbished gym, new roof for the swimming pool and a fresh cafe for the reception area.
