Britain's Got Talent auditions to come to Westwood Cross in Broadstairs

Britain's Got Talent is hosting open auditions in Kent at the end of this month and anyone can enter.

Westwood Cross in Broadstairs is to host the open auditions on Monday, August 27.

Auditions are taking place between noon and 6pm in the search for performers for next year's series.

Francesca Donovan, centre manager at Westwood Cross, said: "We can't wait to welcome the Britain's Got Talent team to Thanet.

"We have hosted a variety of talented acts in the centre over the years, and are keeping our fingers crossed that some of our very own local talent will make it through to the show."

The auditions are open to any performer of any age with any talen.

But young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

No booking is required as these are open auditions - simply head to guest services - which is located up the stairs between Subway and The Body Shop, -to audition in front of show producers.

The auditions will be filmed but will not be broadcast.
