1 Peppa Pig's Adventure, The Woodville, Gravesend
Saturday, October 13 and Sunday, October 14

2 Re-Imagining the Doll's House, Maidstone Museum
Saturday, October 13 and Sunday, October 14
Marvel at the world of miniature with this display of historic doll's houses. Alongside the museum's collection of 8 houses there are recognisable ‘classics’ such as Barbie dolls and mock Tudor style houses, alongside slot-together bungalows and handmade box rooms. 3 Autumn Colour Trail, Hever Castle

There's an explosion of colour happening at Hever Castle. Pull on your wellies and embark on the Autumn Colour Trail at the historic venue, where you will be treated to glorious displays of autumn colour. 4 Jessica Townsend at Waterstones Bluewater

Children's author Jessica Townsend will be meeting fans and signing copies of her book, 'Wundersmith' at the bookshop this weekend. Her first children's novel Nevermoor: The Trials of Morrigan Crow was a big hit and this book is also set to be popular with youngsters. 5 Westgate Parks Scarecrow Trail, Westgate Gardens, Canterbury

Scarecrows of all shapes and sizes are hiding in the grounds of the Westgate Gardens - can your family find them! The annual Scarecrow Trail is back and begins at 10am on Saturday.
Entry is free but a trail map which includes a voting slip for your favourite creation costs £1.50. You can also make some scarecrow crafts to take home for £2 per person. Refreshments will be available from the Tower House terrace (11am to 3pm) and at the catering facility at Toddler’s Cove. To learn more click here.
6 Tabby McTat, EM Forster Theatre, Tonbridge

A heartwarming tale of friendship and loyalty will be told in the stage adaptation of Tabby McTat. Coming from the team behind Tiddler and Other Terrific Tales the show, with original songs, is set to be hugely popular with Julia Donaldson fans. The EMF Theatre is running two performances on the Saturday - at 2pm and 4pm - and tickets cost £12.
Also on family performance days will be colouring and drawing available in the foyer with the cafe bar also open 45 minutes before each performance for refreshments.

7 The Big Dog Walk, Leeds Castle

Guide Dogs are back at Leeds Castle with 'The Big Dog Walk'.
Take the family and your pet on this 2.5 mile walk through the castle's gorgeous surroundings. You will start at 11am (arrive by 10.30am) in the Upper Parkland of Leeds Castle. Entry to the walk is free but all dogs are encouraged to raise at least £35.
