Get half-price entry tickets and discounted animal encounters in the Port Lympne and Howletts Black Friday sale
Two of Kent’s biggest wildlife parks are giving visitors a chance to save on entry tickets and animal encounters.
Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve in Hythe and its sister park, Howletts Wild Animal Park in Bekesbourne, are both slashing prices as part of the Black Friday sale.
The 600-acre park at Port Lympne, which is home to more than 900 animals across 75 species and includes safari tours of its Kentish savannah, is offering half-price deals on animal experiences.
Visitors can join the team for ranger tours, get up close to the giraffes and feed the gorillas for up to 50% off the usual price.
The park is also giving overnight guests a chance to save up to 40% on luxury lodges in the lion, tiger and wolf habitats, along with glamping pods and family treehouses.
The attraction, which opened in 1976, is known for its unique on-site accommodation, quality restaurants and one-of-a-kind safari experiences.
From Friday, November 28, the site will also open its new Port Lympne Illuminated light trail, with colourful art installations, a fairy disco, vintage funfair and festive food.
Howletts, just outside of Canterbury, is going one step further with half-price entry tickets and animal encounters, including lemurs, rhinos, elephants, tigers, lions, and monkeys.
The wildlife park is home to hundreds of rare and endangered animals, including Kent’s only giant anteaters and the largest herd of African elephants in the UK.
Families can also bag up to 35% off annual passes, which give you unlimited entry to both Port Lympne and Howletts for 12 months.
You can book tickets and experiences for Port Lympne here, while those who want to snap up deals at Howletts can book here.
The Black Friday sale starts on Friday, November 14.
