Things to do this weekend in Kent
There are Easter themed events galore, West End worthy performances of Alice in Wonderland in a magical outdoor theatre space and one of Kent's biggest attractions is opening both a playground and adventure golf course.
It can only mean one thing.
Here are your seven suggestions from My Kent Family of things to enjoy this weekend:
1 Knights' Stronghold Playground and Adventure Golf, Leeds Castle
Saturday, April 13
It's been months and months in the planning and on Saturday Leeds Castle will cut the ribbon on its new playground and golf course for families. The huge new adventure playground, suitable for children aged up to 14, is modelled on the design of Leeds Castle and includes spiralling slides, fireman’s poles, giant cargo nets and zip wires. The golf course has also been modelled on the castle, with more challenging holes themed to daily attractions, such as falconry and the Maze.
