An exciting new light trail is set to illuminate Kent’s biggest wildlife park this Christmas.

Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve in Hythe has announced a brand-new festive event with twinkling light installations and a fairy-themed disco, all set within its 600-acre park.

The first batch of tickets will go on sale in early June, with only a limited number of tickets available during the first release. Sign up for exclusive access here and be the first to hear about tickets.

The trail will feature 13 colourful art installations dotted around the park’s woodland walks and pathways.

There will also be an enchanting fairy disco, vintage-style funfair and festive food and drink available to purchase on-site.

Tony Kelly, managing director at Port Lympne, said: “We are delighted to announce our first-ever light trail, bringing a unique and innovative nighttime experience to the park.

“We are excited to give the people of Kent and our guests something totally unique and different to experience during the winter months, as we merge cutting-edge storytelling with our core conservation mission.

“This brand-new experience has been designed for everyone to enjoy and will create an adventure that is not only visually stunning, but also directly supports the animals in our care.”
