Bluewater opens new toy shop Hamleys in Greenhithe shopping centre
'The finest toy shop in the world' has opened inside Kent's largest shopping centre.
Hamleys has launched a pop-up store inside Bluewater near Greenhithe.
Moving into more than 2,500 square feet of floor space on the Upper Thames Walk the new store opens today (October 1) and will be stocked with a huge variety of toys in the run up to Christmas.
A 'magical toy wonderland' is being promised with everything from the traditional to the high-tech on the shelves. There will also be games and puzzles, arts and crafts and popular brands such as LEGO, Barbie, Playmobil, LOL alongside the exclusive Hamleys toy range and iconic Hamleys Teddy Bears.
Shoppers heading inside will also be able to meet an array of Hamleys characters, take part in interactive toy demonstrations and talk to expert toy demonstrators.
Sumeet Yadav, group CEO, said the Bluewater store would be Hamleys 187th shop globally.
