Burn off those Christmas calories on a walk across the White Cliffs. The guide will have plenty of stories on the area's history, nature and the the National Trust's conservation work. The meeting place is at the White Cliffs Visitor Centre. A free event.

There's dancing and family friendly seating available for 100 this year at the Ferry House Inn. Kids can dance away on their own dance floor, and food will be available. To top the night off there'll even be fireworks.

New Year's Eve party The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells

From 7pm

This Hug-Many charity event is in support of the Pickering Cancer Drop In Centre and Ellenor's Children's Charity. There'll be live DJ, food and drink stalls as well as fireworks to keep the family entertained.
