World Book Day at Waterstones in Bluewater

Continue the World Book Day celebrations into the weekend with an activity pack and treasure hunt through the book shop.

The Little Mix Experience, Hazlitt Theatre, Maidstone
Saturday, March 7
Paying tribute to the UK's top girl band this show will see breathtaking dance moves, replica costumes and all of Little Mix's greatest hits.

Local History Day, Maidstone Museum
Saturday, March 7
Children can follow the History Trail around the museum to claim a badge prize this Saturday as part of events to mark Local History Day. Alongside talks and displays for adults, youngsters can have some fun creating their own Coat of Arms to take home. Activities are running 10am until 3.30pm. More information here.

Festival of Holi (Colour), Maidstone

For the third year running, there will be a Festival of Holi (colour) at the Collis Millennium Green Trust off St Phillips Avenue in Maidstone.
The event, which is supported by the Nepalese community, is on Sunday, March 8, and is free and open to everyone. There will be music, food and a raffle. The fun starts at 12.30pm.
