We're Going on a Bear Hunt coming to EM Forster Theatre in Tonbridge

Splish, splash and squelch your way through one of the most popular theatre productions for children when it returns to Kent.

The smash-hit production of We're Going on a Bear Hunt is coming back to the county at the end of July.

Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the much-loved picture book by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury, the UK tour is stopping at the EM Forster Theatre in Tonbridge.

Performances take place at the start of the school break on Wednesday, July 24 and Thursday, July 25.

Theatregoers will join the intrepid family of adventurers and their dog as they wade through the swish swashy grass, the splishy splashy river and the oozy squelchy mud in search of a bear.

Audiences are promised plenty of interaction, music, rhythms and rhymes and the show is perfect for children aged three and up.

Performances take place at 4pm on July 24 and 11.30am and 2pm on July 25.
