Singing voices at the ready!

Two of the most popular films are being turned into 'Sing-a-long-a' productions and are in Kent this weekend.

The producers of Sing-a-long-a Sound of Music and Sing-a-long-a Grease are bringing two new shows to The Orchard Theatre on Sunday (July 14).

First up is The Greatest Showman where lyrics on screen and a live host to teach dance moves, encourage cheers and boos and who will show audiences how to use interactive prop bags are guaranteed to create the greatest show.

Fancy dress, say organisers, is strongly encouraged and the event takes place at 2pm on Sunday. #

Oscar-winning Bohemian Rhapsody follows at 7.30pm with a Sing-a-long-a version that is guaranteed, says the theatre, to leave audiences 'walking out feeling like Champions of the World!'.

Once again a live host will warm up audiences' voices in true Freddie Mercury style, teach you some iconic dance moves and delve into prop bags before the film is played with lyrics on screen to songs including Bohemian Rhapsody, Under Pressure and Somebody to Love.
