A Christmas lights trail in Kent has been so popular that organisers are extending it.

Christmas at Bedgebury opened on December 4, after having its original opening date delayed due to the second national lockdown.

But the demand for tickets from families looking for outdoor outings has meant organisers have now decided to extend its run at Bedgebury Pinetum in Goudhurst until Sunday, January 17.

The one-mile magical illuminated trail - now in its third year - has become a must-see event, with woodland neon strings glowing in the moonlight, singing trees, a colourful Electric Forest, fire garden and the Tunnel of Light with more than 100,000 pea lights along the way.

As the event is outdoors, it is able to continue in line with current Tier 3 restrictions.
