Spa Valley Railway in Tunbridge Wells launches kids for a quid summer travel
A Kent railway attraction is making journeys more affordable for families this summer with a £1 offer for children's tickets.
Spa Valley Railway in Tunbridge Wells is running 'kids for a quid' on select days in July, August and early September.
The heritage railway runs between Eridge Station, Groombridge Station, High Rocks station and Tunbridge Wells West.
Eridge Station is the perfect starting point for passengers with a 100-space car park allowing for plenty of visitors.
The £1 travel offer for children's tickets is running on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout August as well as some Thursdays at the end of July and beginning of September.
With children travelling for £1 on set days it makes the cost of a family ticket for two adults and two children on those occasions £26 for the day.
Families can either book online in advance to save time at the ticket office during busy periods or just turn up and buy them on the day.
