Visit Kent's 2for1 deals with Southeastern and Stagecoach are back

by Lauren Abbott

Double your fun for half the cost.

That's the promise from Visit Kent, which has once again teamed up with the county's top attractions and main transport operators to offer a huge range of 2FOR1 deals and discounts on days out this summer.

Special offers on food, drink, attraction tickets, shopping experiences and even accommodation are available.

All that is required to claim the deal is to travel by public transport on the day of your trip in order to reach your chosen destination.

The offers are available to anyone travelling with Southeastern and Stagecoach.

History buffs will find Canterbury Cathedral, Penshurst Place, Ightam Mote and The Historic Dockyard Chatham all among those offering a 2FOR1 deal while Kent Life, The Canterbury Tales and Port Lympne would all offer a fantastic family day out for half the cost when travelling by public transport.

There's also cruising along the Thames with Jetstream Tours or bike hire down at Betteshanger Park in Deal for the thrill seekers while the foodies can find tours of Chapel Down, Hush Heath Winery and the orchards at Brogdale Collections also all on the 2FOR1 list.

Each offer, says Visit Kent, will have its own terms and conditions and could be subject to availability and your travel ticket through Kent must be valid for the day you choose to visit your chosen attraction.

Families can choose, check the terms and conditions and download the offer they require from www.visitkentoffers.co.uk for rail travel or www.visitkent.co.uk/bus for bus travel.

Travel tickets and your voucher will need to be presented on arrival at your chosen attraction in order to claim the discount.
