3k route: this is completely suitable for everyone, including those in wheelchairs and scooters as the route is on pathways.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome on both routes. Do invite your friends and family to support you.
Participants are invited to bring their own picnics and enjoy these following their walk in Mote Park. There are also plenty of play facilities in the park for children to take advantage of. The money raised from this event will go directly to The Kent MS Therapy Centre, as well as spreading awareness for the wide range of help and support we can offer people with MS in Kent.
