Dreamland Margate announces new ride for Easter
Dreamland has announced it is adding a new attraction to its collection of vintage rides.
The Enterprise, which Dreamland fans may remember from the 1980s and 1990s during the Bembom Brothers' rein when a similar ride with the same name was in the park, will be launched at Easter.
It is designed to whirl thrill-seeking ride goers into the sky.
Named after the USS Enterprise from the famous sci-fi TV series, Star Trek park operators say it promises an out of this world experience.
The Enterprise features gondolas that seat two people.
With a circular design, using a slight amount of centrifugal force, a hydraulically powered arm raises and tilts the frame to rotate at 87°, transforming it from a horizontal experience to a near vertical one.
