The Orchard Theatre in Dartford is looking for young critics to join writers group

A Kent theatre is looking for budding young critics to review its shows.

The Orchard Theatre is seeking new members to join its Young Writers group.

The Young Writers visit the theatre throughout the year attending a variety of performances and productions. They receive two tickets to selected shows and in return write a 200-word review.

Keen writers and theatre goers aged between eight and 18 can register to join the group.
The Dartford-based theatre says it is looking for youngsters who leave a show with 'lots of thoughts, ideas and opinions'.

The reviews appear on The Orchard's website, on its social media outlets and are also shared by the company of the reviewed production.
